Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on vicandthemoon.com, operated by Vic & The Moon, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders — An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a stock error or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment — All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site.

Delivery — We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free and takes 1 to 3 business days. See our Shipping policy for details.

Exchanges and returns — You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund policy. Return pickup is arranged and paid by us.

Products — Our tees are printed in small batches. Colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen, and small variations are part of the process.

Intellectual property — All designs, illustrations, names and images on this site belong to Vic & The Moon and its illustrators and may not be reproduced without permission.
