Shipping policy

Free delivery across the UAE. Every order ships from Dubai and is delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking update once it has been handed to the courier.

For now we deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. If you are outside the UAE and would like a piece, write to us at sarah@vicandthemoon.com or on WhatsApp at +971 52 234 4364 and we will do our best to help.

If a delivery is delayed or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out.
