Shipping & returns
Delivery
Free delivery across the UAE. Every order ships from Dubai and is delivered within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking update once it has been handed to the courier.
For now we deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. If you are outside the UAE and would like a piece, write to sarah@vicandthemoon.com or WhatsApp +971 52 234 4364 and we will do our best to help.
Exchanges and returns
If a tee doesn't fit or isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange or return it.
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 234 4364 or email sarah@vicandthemoon.com with your order number.
- We arrange the pickup from your address. Return shipping is on us, not you.
- Choose an exchange for another size or design, or a full refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Exchanges depend on stock; if your size is unavailable we will refund you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the item. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
