Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If a tee doesn't fit or isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange or return it.

How it works

• Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 234 4364 or email sarah@vicandthemoon.com with your order number.
• We arrange the pickup from your address. Return shipping is on us, not you.
• Choose an exchange for another size or design, or a full refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Exchanges depend on stock; if your size is unavailable we will refund you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
