These terms apply to every purchase made on vicandthemoon.com, operated by Vic & The Moon, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a stock error or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free and takes 1 to 3 business days. See our Shipping & returns page for details.

Exchanges and returns

You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out on our Shipping & returns page. Return pickup is arranged and paid by us.
